NOTICE

This E-mail application AND Entry Fee MUST BE RECEIVED by Friday, November 30, 2007 to ensure your participation in the Parade. Following submission of this E-mail application, a check for the Entry Fee of $25, made payable to the London Bridge Yacht Club, must promptly be mailed to the Yacht Club, P.O. Box 1635, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405.

Early entries qualify for a special Entry Fee of $20. To qualify for this discount, BOTH the application and entry fee check must be RECEIVED by October 5, 2007.

NOTICE TO APPLICANTS

By submission of this E-mail Application, you agree that you will equip your boat(s) to conform to US Coast Guard requirements and that you will utilize a marine VHF radio throughout the entire Parade process. You also agree to attend the mandatory Skipper's Meetings and will comply with all instructions governing the Parade.

By submission of this Application, you release the London Bridge Yacht Club, Lake Havasu City Conventions and Visitors Bureau, Parade sponsors and their officers, agents or members from any and all liability for any injury to yourself, persons on your boat(s), and your boat(s) and property occurring as a result of your participation in the Parade. You assume all risk arising from your participation in the Boat Parade of Lights.
